Returns & Exchanges

At TST E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or gear within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in new, unassembled condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Authorization Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the e-bike in its original box with all batteries, chargers, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back, ensuring you save the tracking number for our verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
