Our TST E-Bikes typically offer a range of 45 to 70 miles per charge, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assist used.

No, our e-bikes are classified as Class 1 and Class 2 electric bicycles, which means they do not require a special driver's license or insurance in most regions.
What is the shipping timeframe and cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all bike orders within the continental US. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
How does the 30-day trial period work?
We want you to love your ride. If you are not satisfied, you can return your e-bike within 30 days of delivery. The bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer and be in its original packaging.
Are TST E-Bikes waterproof?
Our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
